The first consultation is a conversation. We listen to what you wish to discuss — your current pension arrangements, a specific matter you need clarity on, or simply an open exploration of where things stand. There is no agenda we impose. Afterwards, we provide a short written summary of what was discussed and what we suggested, which you keep whether or not you choose to engage further.

Not for a first consultation. You are welcome to bring any documents you have to hand, but there is no requirement to do so. We can begin from wherever you are and identify what, if anything, might be useful to gather at a later stage.

The timeline depends on the complexity of the documents involved and your availability for the notarisation appointment. As a general guide, most engagements of this type are completed within two to four weeks. Drafts are shared with you before any appointment is scheduled, and the notarisation itself is arranged entirely around your convenience.

It is suited to families where two or more members have pension or retirement arrangements that have not been reviewed together, or where questions have arisen about beneficiary nominations, EPF accounts, or retirement income planning across the household. It works well for families navigating a change in circumstances — retirement approaching, a health matter, or an estate being considered.

The fees shown for each service are fixed for the scope described. If your matter falls outside the standard scope, we will discuss this with you before any work begins, so there are no unexpected costs. Any variation in scope and fee is agreed in writing before it proceeds.

We do not share your personal or financial information with any third party without your written authorisation. This applies from the first point of contact, including enquiries made before any formal engagement.
